Our Expert Butchers offer professional, precise, and humane meat processing tailored to meet the highest standards of quality. We offer Simplified Cutsheets for Beef, Pork and Lamb to streamline your processing experience. Don’t see a cut you’d like to have? Our skilled butchers would be happy to accommodate any specialty cut requests. Producers are welcome to schedule a tour to view our facility and meet our expert staff!
Value Added Options
Enhance your products and boost your profits with our Value-Added Options. We can makepattiesand a variety of sausage options. We offer breakfast sausage, hot breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, Cajun sausage, kielbasa sausage. We can work with you to create custom seasoning blends.
